I approach Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) gently and collaboratively, taking the time to understand your lived experience, strengths, and the ways your disability impacts everyday life. My process is paced with you, honouring your communication style, sensory needs, and preferences. I then create a clear, NDIS-aligned report with supportive, evidence-based recommendations to help you access the funding and supports that feel right for you and your goals.
